Types of Outdoor Hot Tubs

Outdoor hot tub and spa pool is produced by various companies. They differ in purpose, materials of manufacture, shape and size. In total, 3 main groups of such baths with hydromassage can be distinguished.

Inflatable

Very easy to install, take up minimum space on the site and they are not expensive. Of course, unlike portable and stationary models, they do not look so presentable, but with the right design of the recreation area, they harmoniously fit into the landscape.

Stationary

These models go deep into the ground during installation. The entire hydraulic system that ensures the functionality of the product is located in the technical room or under the tub. Depending on the circulation of water, stationary models are divided into: overflow (they have a simpler design, there is no high pressure) and skimmers (water is supplied under pressure through nozzles).

They can be used all year round. This comes in handy, as most people like to enjoy swimming in hot tubs when it’s snowing all around.

Portable

They are installed outdoors or indoors – the main thing is that you can bring communications. If desired, they can be used outdoors even in cold season, as this item is equipped with heating.

Such fonts combine mobility and solidity. These tubs can be installed in the garden, on balcony, terrace, and even on the roof of country house. It goes without saying that they are not so easily transportable, unlike inflatable ones. But periodically you can change the location of the bowl on the site.

When swimming in the spa pool in winter, you can choose the optimal water temperature, because they are all equipped with heating. Most models are equipped with thermally insulating protective covers – covers that play an important role when operating in cold weather.
